Stand-Alone Scrambler NVSCR
The V-SHINE® NVSCR is a Simulcrypt compliant Scrambler that allows selected programs within an MPEG-2 Transport Stream to be scrambled in accordance with the DVB Common Scrambling Algorithm. Service Information (SI) and Program Specific Information (PSI) tables are updated with descriptors for the Conditional Access System that has been applied.
Additional data streams required by the Set-top box, Entitlement Management Messages (EMM) and Entitlement Control Messages (ECM), are also multiplexed into the output Transport stream. The V-SHINE® NVSCR Scrambler uses DVB Asynchronous Serial Interfaces (ASI) on Inputs and Outputs, ensuring interoperability.  Data Sheet
